Getting to Know Online Servicing
Our Brighthouse Financial Online Servicing system was designed to be intuitive and easy to use – whether you’re looking for a high-level overview of your business or need to perform contract-level transactions.
Getting Started
Log in to your brighthousefinancialpro.com account and launch Online Servicing.
You’ll see a high-level overview of your Book of Business grouped by line of business and product type that allows you to perform multiple functions.
To the right, you’ll see one-click access to your most valuable client accounts.
Under Quick Links, you’ll find popular forms and reports.
You can access your Book of Business in two ways: in the navigation bar near the top of the screen or the main details area.
1. By default, a summary of your annuity contracts is displayed.
2. Use the toggle feature to go between your lines of business.
